DELIVERY TERMS

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA EXPRESS COURIER

This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Free shipping is only valid to destinations within Australia / NZ
• To qualify, your order must be a net value greater than $150 for Australian destinations and $600 for New Zealand
• This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any-time.

Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for free shipping*.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

Standard product orders are delivered weekdays by Star Track / Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Goods will be despatched from Melbourne Australia.

ORDER TRACKING

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of order and tracking information is sent to the email address provided.
